Requesting a cancellation
You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.

Email info@candacare.com immediately with your order number and “Cancellation” in the subject line.
Orders already processed or shipped
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it normally cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Cancellations by CandaCare
We may cancel an order because of a failed payment, suspected fraud, an invalid address, unavailability or an obvious error. Any eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
